Welcome to Tri-County Community Mental Health Center! Tri-County CMHC provides coordinated outpatient mental health services to adults, children, and families in Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon counties. Our purpose is to support our clients by facilitating an understanding of their mental health needs, assisting with the identification of barriers to recovery, and developing wellness-focused solutions. We strive to work with clients to create a person-centered treatment plan that makes use of available support systems.

The Transgender Assistance Program of Virginia - TAP VA is an all volunteer, trans led 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to end homelessness within the transgender community in Virginia. TAPVA provides educational opportunities around the important fact that trans rights are human rights by explaining the intersectionality between homelessness, discrimination, socioeconomic status and racism within the trans community in Virginia. Our goal is to offer safe emergency and temporary transitional housing to homeless transgender adults in Virginia, and to help them find the additional resources they need to remove the barriers to self-sufficiency while we continue to provide education surrounding the issues trans people face on a daily basis. Our program is unique because it is run by the transgender community for the transgender community.

The Trans Youth Equality Foundation provides education, advocacy, and support for transgender children, youth, and their families. Our mission is to share information about the unique needs of this community, partnering with families, educators, and service providers to help foster a healthy, caring, and safe environment for all transgender children.

Trans Sistas of Color Project aims to uplift, influence and impact the lives and well-being of trans women of color in Metro Detroit. Trans-led organization , dedicated to impacting and uplifting the lives and stories of Trans women of color in Detroit.

The Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission and Staff inspires and educates individuals to improve their communities by preventing litter, promoting recycling and keeping Arkansas beautiful. We encourage everyone to accept responsibility for maintaining Arkansas’s scenic beauty, environmental health and quality of life. These efforts positively impact civic pride, livability and economic growth – creating communities where people want to work, live and play.

Trans Maryland aims to promote trans wellness throughout Maryland by increasing access to affirming services and resources, while nurturing young trans leadership. By trans folks, for trans folks. Our new name Trans Maryland (formerly Trans Healthcare MD), ties us to a legacy of multi-racial, multi-gender trans organizing in Maryland.

The Texas Toxic Tour is a project of Texas Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility - Texas PEER - an organization of public employees who are concerned with Texas's environmental policies. Alarmed that Texas now ranks number one in many categories of pollution, Texas PEER has responded by developing a multi-media web site chronicling the state's environmental degradation. Over the next six months, the Texas PEER web site will feature stories from the people who know them best, the people of Texas living their lives next to the chemical plants, sludge dumps, toxic waste sites, and polluting industries that litter this state.
