Project Access Nashville connects the uninsured to primary care safety net clinics that serve patients based on their ability to pay. The network of providers offer an array of primary care services, which include disease management, treatment of acute episodic conditions, and access to pharmacy services. 

At the root of our work is a deep commitment to stopping the displacement of low income Black residents from DC, once known affectionately as Chocolate City, during an unprecedented time of gentrification. A citywide organization, our work has included long standing commitments to two of DC’s most historic Black communities – Ivy City and Barry Farm – in their fights for community-led equitable development, and against gentrification and displacement.

Prideline’s mission is to support, educate and empower South Florida’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth and community in safe and diverse spaces to promote dialogue, wellness and to foster social change.

Support resources for LGBTQ+ youth and their friends and family. Studies show that when LGBTQ+ adolescents have support from even one adult – especially support from a parent or guardian – they are much more likely to maintain mental healthiness. When LGBTQ+ youth don’t have support from their parents, they are more likely to experience poor mental health, as well as homelessness, substance use, and other risky behaviors. A parent’s support makes all the difference.

Pride Center of Vermont (PCVT) is the region’s most comprehensive community center dedicated to advancing community and the health and safety of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ+) Vermonters. Community is at the center of all we do. The vitality and relevance of the Center depends on the support of individuals, corporations, and foundations. There are many ways to be involved with community building. From volunteering your time helping to produce networking and social events to sponsoring programs that bring essential services to the community, being involved means being a part of changing lives and creating history.

Our Emancipation Initiative is about infusing our system with equitable justice and bringing about absolute inclusion for our people locked down and out of our democracy. Our key focus is ending Life Without Parole prison sentences and restoring voting rights here in Massachusetts as well as establishing universal prisoner suffrage throughout the country.

We specialize in helping individuals who have a dual diagnosis, meaning many of the people we serve have both mental health and substance abuse needs. As a not-for-profit organization, Prestera Center offers care and services to everyone who needs it regardless of their ability to pay.
