Family Health Centers, Inc. is a not-for-profit community health center that provides a variety of health care services regardless of a person’s health insurance status or ability to pay for services. We provide our services to more than 43,000 patients annually through eight Family Health Centers sites throughout Louisville Metro. All Family Health Centers sites and laboratories are accredited by The Joint Commission. FHC is also a certified Patient Centered Medical Home.

R.A.K.E. is a collective effort of generous supporters who give monetarily and volunteers who share their time to make a difference. We feed and clothe the homeless, raise funds and collect books to donate to schools and children’s programs in need and make a huge impact by paying it forward. We encourage you to join us and do the same. It only takes one random act of kindness to make a difference.

Family Foundations offers tools, skills, support and solutions for families and individuals to benefit by translating financial knowledge into better financial behaviors. Our community benefits from the thousands of families who become financially stable because of Family Foundations.

Family Christian Health Center is a health center providing health services to the underserved in Harvey, IL and the Southland communities. We are dedicated to fulfilling the health care needs for all women, from adolescent through menopause.

Doulas with Rainbow Doula DC have experience ​with expecting parents who are lesbian, gay, trans, non-binary, queer, and all folks in the Washington, DC area. We support single, monogamous, and polyamorous people. We are trained in supporting survivors of trauma and abuse. We strive to create a supportive environment during this crucial process of birth and new parenthood. We are also adept at navigating hospital systems that may be unfriendly to folks outside the gender binary.

Racial Equity & Justice brings racial equity and justice to communities across Maine. We provide valuable, historical, and experiential knowledge to those seeking to make changes to the way they engage with communities of color. For Non-Profit Organizations, Public & Private Sector Businesses, and Academic institutions, we provide analysis of systemic & individual racism through diversity training and consultations. Most importantly, we provide State of Maine certified solution based support & holistic approaches to healing for marginalized people of color who experience race based trauma, discrimination, and injustice in the forms of trainings, workshops, and advisory boards participation. As members of black, brown, & indigenous communities, we strongly believe in equity and just treatment systemically and individually for all our relatives regardless of race. With this work, we are challenging structural oppression, individual discrimination, and white privilege by educating agents of these systems and advocating and empowering the targets. We believe addressing the needs of the most marginalized members of Maine communities not only meets the needs of those people, but the needs of even the most privileged. In addition, we provide food security programs, resource distribution and allocation, as well as community based organizing centering the voices of communities of color.

Families for Justice as Healing is led by incarcerated women, formerly incarcerated women, and women with incarcerated loved ones. Our mission is to end the incarceration of women and girls. We are leading work to shift resources away from the criminal punishment system and into Black and Brown communities so we can have housing, healthcare, education, economic development, and community-led organizations.

Faith in New Jersey (FINJ) is a multi-faith and multi-racial network of faith leaders and faith communities working together to advance a social and economic justice agenda at the local, state and federal level. Faith in New Jersey’s mission is to develop grassroots community leaders, analyze the policies that shape our communities, and mobilize faith voices and faith voters to effectively act on the prophetic call to build the Beloved Community.
