Some offer direct rental and some offer financial assistance to help supplement the rent money you can afford. Other groups provide referrals. Some help you with signing up for funding from government or private sector support money.

In my teaching and personal practice, I incorporate primarily Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Restorative, and Yin styles. My formal teacher training is in the Power Yoga vinyasa style. No matter the style, I encourage slower paced and deliberate movement in asana practice so breath and alignment are not compromised. I use power in yoga for drills and conditioning. Offers group sessions and personal yoga instruction.

The Louisville Nature Center strives to teach people about the natural world and provide a place where people can enjoy nature—without even leaving the city. Located across the street from the Louisville Zoo and adjacent to Joe Creason Park, our facilities include: A Sensory Garden complete with plants and other features to see, smell, touch, and hear A Nature Play Area for kids to engage in imaginative play A Bird Blind where visitors can view birds at the feeders through one-way tinted glass A Nature Library for quiet study and viewing of terrarium specimens LNC also manages the Beargrass Creek State Nature Preserve, 41 acres of urban forest with nearly two miles of public trails. Admission to the Nature Center is always free. Your support helps us to provide quality nature education and preserve our urban forest.
