Wise Womban Doula embraces all the phases of ones prenatal and postpartum period, such as in the womb, where day to day there is change and the time now is unlike any time before. This time is celebrated. Each service is to nurture a family’s transition into and through the first months of parenthood, tailored for each families unique needs and wants.

Gateway Center is a homeless service center designed to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Utilizing effective, reliable, and relevant solutions paired with our collective impact model, Gateway Center serves as the primary starting point for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Atlanta. Gateway Center provides access to critical services and housing for the most vulnerable people in our community such as coordinated entry, basic needs services (i.e. showers, clothing closet, etc.), short-term residential housing (shelter), linkage to healthcare (medical, behavioral, and dental), and employment resources.

The Sierra Club is an environmental organization that acknowledges the harmful and discriminatory impacts of environmental racism. This acknowledgement gives us an opportunity for organizational change and growth. With this opportunity we choose to listen to the people who are most negatively impacted by an unhealthy environment, and from there work in a space of community, where we attempt to understand our shared struggles and the role(s) we can and cannot play. We embrace the values of equity, inclusion, and justice as integral to the continuation and expansion of the environmental movement.

More than 25,600 of your neighbors support the work of the Sierra Club in Louisiana with 3,300 members. We advance the cause of protecting Louisiana's environment in a variety of ways, including sponsoring a campaign to take Mercury out of the environment, identifying and protecting the state's scenic rivers, and working to save the cypress and keep the Atchafalaya Basin, America's greatest river swamp, wet and wild. We work to raise public awareness about the effects of human caused climate change and to develop clean energy solutions. We advise the state legislature in Baton Rouge on issues related to public health and the environment. In addition we conduct outings and informational events so that our members and friends can get outside and enjoy our beautiful state.

SURJ DC is a chapter of Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ), a national network of groups and individuals organizing white people to undermine white supremacy and work toward racial justice as part of a multi-racial majority. While we open-heartedly welcome People of Color who choose to organize within SURJ, our focus is on organizing white folks to take personal and collective steps to end white supremacy.

The mission of SHOPBLACKCT.com is to challenge structural racism and transform the legacy of economic and social inequity in the U.S. by providing a platform to drive business to and awareness of local Black-owned businesses.

Skills Training with the future in mind Futures Fund is not school. We train teens for the creative careers of the digital age. Futures Fund offers classes in Coding for the Web or Photography. Graduates are able to apply to the Walls Apprenticeship Program, earning money from real-world projects.
