Community of Hope's mission is to improve health and end family homelessness to make Washington, DC more equitable.

Our mission is to fight poverty, challenge systems that perpetuate injustice, and change lives through cutting-edge advocacy and exceptional legal representation. Founded in 1966 by the Philadelphia Bar Association, Community Legal Services (CLS) has provided free civil legal assistance to more than one million low-income Philadelphians. 

Services provided at CHS include Adult Medicine, Pediatrics/Adolescent Medicine, Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Optometry, Podiatry, Social Services, laboratory services and Arrow Pharmacy, all on site.

The community health centers of Burlington (CHCB) is a nonprofit health and human services organization whose geographic reach spans Vermont's most populated and urban county, Chittenden county, and the rural southern portion of grand isle county, representing a total of 150,000 vermonters. Through our 24-year successful history as our region's sole federally qualified health center, CHCB has served our community as a health care home for vermonters of all walks of life, regardless of ability to pay. The community health centers of Burlington (CHCB) is a primary care family practice and a federally qualified health center offering medical, dental, laboratory, psychiatry, mental health, substance abuse and case management services as part of an integrated medical home. CHCB offers a sliding fee financial assistance program for all services based on income within our defined service area, and to those qualified as homeless at no cost to the patient. CHCB serves all members of the community as patients regardless of life circumstances, income or insurance status.

CHCA is a non-profit organization established in 1985 to expand access to affordable quality care in Arkansas, and to create a unified voice for Community Health Centers (CHCs) and the patients they serve. For more than 30 years, CHCA has received funding to provide training/technical assistance to CHCs for improving care delivery.

Our vision is a world in which all Black people have moved beyond surviving to flourishing, and are enjoying life in all its fullness, in body, mind, and spirit. Our mission is to mobilize Black people across the African Diaspora to heal from the trauma caused by centuries of anti-Black racism, to free ourselves of toxic stereotypes, and to reclaim our dignity and humanity as people of African ancestry.

In 2019, these funds made over 10,000 grants totaling $64 million, approximately 79% of which stayed in Kentucky and Southern Indiana to support area nonprofits. In partnership with our community, CAPCA is committed to educating eligible participants by providing quality services which empower lives, expand self-reliance and increase community involvement. CAPCA provides rental assistance, emergency grants, energy assistance, and more services to help Central Arkansans.
